Shipping & Returns

Flat Rate Across Canada.

We fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Typically orders arrive in 5-10 business days across Canada. However, we rely on partners like Canada Post to take care of the logistics, and due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping can take longer than usual. a tracking code will be provided with all orders and any shipping concerns should first be directed to Canada Post as it is out of control when it has left our facility.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@byaheqool.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you made mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.

If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order. we will refund your account as follows:

You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20% of the value of the order as a restocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order.

Out-of-Stock and Backordered Items

If an item you ordered is out-of-stock or on backorder, we will immediately refund you the cost of the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes to your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
